At GameAnalytics, our goal is to create the world’s best player monitoring and analytics platform for game developers. We have a rapid expansion plan for 2017 and we’re looking to hire fun and talented people to fill a number of roles, from software engineering to customer support.

Customer Support

Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be in direct contact with customers, receive the issues and questions they report, and answer them in a helpful, friendly, and timely way. You will be a trusted point of contact for our entire customer base, and their first line of direct support when they encounter any difficulties in setting up or using our services. You will need to be a natural, empathetic communicator and problem solver, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience working with GameAnalytics.

Customer Success Manager

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for making sure that once a customer has signed up, they have a great experience integrating the product and engaging with it, so they become fully motivated to remain on board long term. To make things as easy as possible for our users, you will ensure we provide access to the resources they need, when they need them, throughout all stages of the product journey. This includes the guides, best practices, technical documentation, direct support, and any other resource needed for game developers to successfully leverage GameAnalytics for tracking and improving their games.

Business Intelligence

Data Analyst

As part of the GameAnalytics team, you will be supporting senior stakeholders in the business and key customers with insights and reporting. You will be working directly with our gaming data set, to analyze player behavior, device-level data, as well as global market reach according to internal KPIs.

Marketing

Digital Marketing Specialist

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high quality leads for the business development teams, by using digital marketing tools and techniques to acquire, engage, qualify, and convert leads across all our media channels. You will also work on building an automated end to end lead generation pipeline and leveraging email, in-app messages, social media, and digital advertising to convert users.

System Engineers

Backend Developer

On the backend team, we are actively developing and maintaining a system processing billions of events every day from thousands of games. You will be working on challenging problems within highly distributed, real-time as well as batch mode systems, using languages and technologies like Erlang, Go, Python and Spark. You will be part of all stages of development, working with the product team to define the feature all the way to designing, implementing and maintaining it. A typical week will include designing, coding and deploying new features on our cloud infrastructure.

Devops & SysAdmin

As a Devops and SysAdmin, you will be responsible for building and enhancing automation tooling and continuous delivery platforms. You will ideally have previous experience working with AWS infrastructure. You will also create and monitor alerting schemes that promote proactive discovery and resolution of issues, whilst managing IT infrastructure and establishing document security controls and procedures.
