Show us what you got
Send us your CV, and we’ll give it a thorough read. We want to make sure you’re suited for the role, so we’ll mainly be looking at your key skills and experience.
A quick call to say hello
We just want to get to know you a bit better, as well as introduce ourselves. Expect a quick chat to cover some key questions about yourself.
Time to check out our cool office space
Or perhaps a video call will do (depending on the situation, of course). This is where we go into the nitty gritty details. Where we’ll learn more about you, and go over a bit more about the role and what’s expected.
Let’s put it to the test
We usually organize a small task for finalists to complete (depending on the role). This gives us some more insight into your skills and experience, and helps you see what the job entails.
Is this a match made in heaven?
All we need to do now is dot the i’s and cross the t’s. At this stage, we’ll make a formal offer to the best candidate for the role, and figure out all of those finer details.
